My diwan experience:
I studied at Al Diwan center for about 5 months, and when i first arrived in egypt i tried out the neighboring centers that everyone knows about. I would definitely recommend Diwan over the rest because of the fact that not only do you learn arabic from the most qualified and friendly staff you'd find in cairo, but also because you grow personally and i think thats something we all value when we come abroad, otherwise we could've stayed in our respective countries and learned arabic there. Furthermore, when you go to a foreign country, you find a lot of people ready to take advantage of you and your money, and unfortunately thats true for quite a few of the 'famous' marakez that everyone immediately goes for, but its not true of diwan.
